Neurological Physiotherapy
Neurological physiotherapy examines and treats the physical problems caused by neurological conditions. These can include tight, painful muscles, muscle spasms, weakness, joint restrictions affecting daily function, and balance and walking issues.
The primary aims of neurological physiotherapy include improving the quality and control of movement to make everyday tasks easier, slowing down disease progression by maintaining muscle and joint length and strength, and enhancing posture and balance to improve quality of life and participation in meaningful activities.
